1. Who we are

GM Academy (“we”, “us”) is an online learning and community platform operating in the Republic of Vanuatu. By creating an account or paying an enrollment fee you agree to these Terms.

2. Enrollment packs

All enrollment packs (Starter 16,000 VT, Growth 40,000 VT, Leader 80,000 VT) are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscription fees. Packs grant access to course content and participation in the 12-rank compensation plan.

3. Annual renewal

A 5,000 VT annual renewal is required after the first year to maintain active-earner status. Members whose renewal lapses remain on the platform but cannot earn new commissions until the renewal is paid.

4. Refund policy

Enrollment fees are non-refundable once courses have been accessed. If you have not yet accessed any course content and request a refund within 7 days of payment, you may receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Contact support@gmacademy.vu.

5. Commission plan

45% of enrollment revenue is distributed to members via the binary commission plan, rank bonuses, and the lifestyle awards pool. Commissions are calculated on the weaker leg's PV weekly, paid in Vatu. GM Academy may adjust commission rates, award values, and rank qualifications with 30 days' written notice.

6. 60-day activity window

Members must personally recruit at least one new member every 60 days to remain active-earning. Inactive members may be placed on hold, with all earned (but unpaid) commissions held until activity resumes.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) misrepresent GM Academy or its compensation plan, (b) guarantee specific earnings to prospects, (c) resell course materials, (d) create multiple accounts, (e) engage in abusive, harassing, or illegal conduct on the platform.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. A suspended member's downline is not affected.

9. Limitation of liability

GM Academy provides education and a community earnings opportunity. Your results depend on your effort. We make no guarantee of specific income. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Port Vila.
